We will explain how and where to return the item. *Please note that an RMA must be received within 14 days of the original invoice. Thereafter, all sales are final. Exchanges or credits cannot be processed without an RMA. Crediting Your Account A credit will be issued once your order is returned. Your credit will be issued on your FOX account and applied to your next order.Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Product Exchange Once we receive, approve, and process the returned item, you will receive credit. The replacement will be ordered and paid for and shipped. Refused Packages A 20% restocking fee may be charged against your account unless we have advised you to refuse the package or the package was damaged in shipping. Returns on "Clearance" Items Damaged or defective, returns on "clearance" items may be returned within 14 days of the invoice date for credit. We cannot exchange "clearance" items as the manufacturer has either discontinued these items or they are no longer in stock. Returns on Hardware Credit will not be given on printers, scanners, fax machines, built-to-order items, and special orders for any reason. Exchanges may be allowed on some hardware items. Exceptions to Our Return Policy Please note that certain manufacturers’ products are not eligible for return or exchange through us. Certain manufacturers require that they handle their damaged or defective products themselves.
