We at FOX Supplies Inc. take your shopping satisfaction seriously. We suggest you read the return policy listed below before you make your purchase. We will be happy to help you meet these terms and conditions required in making an exchange or return.

Requesting A Product Return

  1. Call our Customer Care Department at 888-828-7258 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.

We will explain how and where to return the item.

*Please note that an RMA must be received within 14 days of the original invoice. Thereafter, all sales are final. Exchanges or credits cannot be processed without an RMA.

Crediting Your Account

A credit will be issued once your order is returned. Your credit will be issued on your FOX account and applied to your next order.Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Product Exchange

Once we receive, approve, and process the returned item, you will receive credit. The replacement will be ordered and paid for and shipped.

Refused Packages

A 20% restocking fee may be charged against your account unless we have advised you to refuse the package or the package was damaged in shipping.

Returns on "Clearance" Items

Damaged or defective, returns on "clearance" items may be returned within 14 days of the invoice date for credit. We cannot exchange "clearance" items as the manufacturer has either discontinued these items or they are no longer in stock.

Returns on Hardware

Credit will not be given on printers, scanners, fax machines, built-to-order items, and special orders for any reason. Exchanges may be allowed on some hardware items.

General Policies

  • Non-defective returns will be shipped at the customer’s expense.
  • We must receive the returned package within 14 business days of the RMA issue date.
  • Discontinued items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • All products are sold with the respective manufacturer’s warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
  • When returning products, we strongly recommend using a carrier that can track packages. The customer assumes responsibility for insuring returned items.
  • Items weighing 150 lbs. or more need to be coordinated through our Customer Care Department.
  • No returns will be accepted without original packing material and documentation. All items must be returning in "new" condition including all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals.
  • We are not liable if you order the wrong product. We offer over 35,000 computer and office products. We provide manufacturer part number information and some technical specifications to assist in your buying decision, but we do not offer technical support. Please check manufacturers web sites for compatibility and technical information before making your purchasing decision. Opened non-defective returns are not always approved for return.

Exceptions to Our Return Policy

Please note that certain manufacturers’ products are not eligible for return or exchange through us. Certain manufacturers require that they handle their damaged or defective products themselves. These products are noted in the individual manufacturer’s online catalog store.
